CJP says illegal appointments can be declared null

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court has provided another opportunity to the government for submitting the prime minister’s reply in Hussain Asghar reinstatement and secretary establishment removal cases.

The apex court gave one more day to the attorney general to inform the court regarding the cases. The CJP remarked that the constitution permits declaring illegal appointments null.
